Odyssey conducts a needs assessment of the recruiting candidate and coordinates area orientation(s) and tour(s) for the candidate. Odyssey helps recruiters by sharing feedback that provides insight into the candidate’s feelings about the potential relocation and identifies challenges that may prevent the candidate from accepting the position.
