Home Sale Programs

Odyssey Consultants will provide the following home sale programs as determined by the client’s policies:

Guaranteed Offer Program

The Guaranteed Offer Program includes the coordination of appraisals and inspections, title search, mortgage payoffs, advance of equity and purchase of the employee’s home based on the appraised value.

Amended Value Program

The Amended Value Program, which is an extension of the Guaranteed Offer Program, occurs when a sale takes place prior to acceptance of the guaranteed offer and the guaranteed offer price is amended to reflect the marketplace offer price.

Buyer Value Option Program

The appraised value is not guaranteed. The marketplace offer price becomes the guaranteed offer price.

Direct Reimbursement Program

Employees are reimbursed applicable home sale costs following the sale and close of their home.
