Odyssey Consultants provide in-depth policy counseling and administration of all services to which employees are entitled.

Home Finding Assistance

Odyssey Consultants provide the following home finding services after conducting a needs assessment with the employee:

• Selection and management of realtor who best meets the employee’s needs

• Assistance with negotiating the home purchase

• Recommendations for and review of inspection and repair items

• Assistance with closing the home purchase transaction

Rental Assistance

Odyssey Consultants provide the following rental assistance services after conducting a needs assessment with the employee:

• Coordination with the appropriate providers to conduct orientation meetings and community area tours

• Negotiation of current lease cancellation, if applicable

• Review of new lease, including the insertion of a lease cancellation clause when possible

Temporary Accommodations Service

Odyssey Consultants provide the following temporary accommodation services after conducting a needs assessment with the employee:

• Coordination of client-approved housing

• Provide a list of alternate accommodations, if necessary, to meet specific employee requirements

• Review of bills (if direct billed)
